• What is Hireservices.com.au
We are an online market place where individuals, business or companies that need help with a job or project can find freelancers, accountants, webmasters, designers, tradesmen, bookkeepers, etc, for the services they are seeking for a job or project. At the same time individuals or businesses can provide a service to those that are seeking a service.

• What is Beta?
Hireservices.com.au is a fully functional wesbite but a few error messages or bugs might appear when using the website. We have released our website for every one to use, test, examine and report problems they may experience so those errors can be fixed before the final release date.

• How do I report a problem?
Send us an e-mail with the error message or problem that you experiencing.

• How do I register?
At the top of the website, click on the tab that says 'register.' Once you there, fill in the information required (username, password, e-mail, etc) There are mandatory fields that need to be completed in order to register. You also need to agree to the terms of service before you can complete your register. Please remember that personal contact details are not allowed.

•is Hireservices.com.au free to use?
Is free to register to use Hireservices.com.au There are extra fees involved if you choose to use extra features when posting a project. However, Service Buyers have an obligation to pay Service Providers once a project has been completed.


•I forgot my password. How do I get it?
First, you go to the login page. Then below the 'login' button, where it says 'Forgot your password or username' click on 'click here'. You will be ask to provide the e-mail address that you use to register and a new password will be e-mailed to you. We recommend that you login and change the password to one of your likening.

•How do I cancel my membership?
You need to login to the website. In the 'My Account' section of the website, you click to your left on 'Help Support Centre' to send a support ticket in order to cancel your membership. Please note that once we cancel your membership, all information related to your membership will be deleted immediately and can not be recovered.



Service Buyers

• What is a Service Buyer?
Service Buyer is an individual, business or company that needs or is seeking help for a job or project.

• Do Service Buyers pay fees?
Service Buyers do not pay fees unless they choose to use extra features when posting a project. At this stage there are no fees involved once you find a Service Provider. However, you need pay your Service Provider once a project has been finished or completed for the services they provided you.


• If I am a Service Buyer, will I be able to post a project without funds (money) in my Hireservices.com.au account?
Yes you can. But you will need to fund your account in order to pay a Service Provider for the services they have provided you.

• How do I know or find out if a Service Provider is legitimate?
Once you post a project and you receive start receiving bids for that project, you will be able to send private messages through the website to Service Providers. Make sure you ask questions related to services or project that they have done in the past. You could also ask if they licensed to provide a service or maybe provide photos of past jobs they have done. Please note our Terms of service prohibits the exchange of contact details (for example, phone numbers, addresses, e-mails,etc). Contact details will be provided to you via e-mail once you have selected a service provider.

You can also review Service Providers feedback rating if they have one. You can read the reviews other buyers have left. Please note that Hireservices.com.au does not check details, nor does background checks on Service Providers.

• I have selected a Service Provider, what happens next?
Once you select a Service Provider, the project is then closed and an e-mail will be send to the Provider inviting them to accept or deny the project. If they accept the project, you will receive an e-mail from us with the contact details of that Provider. If they choose to deny the project, you will also get an e-mail confirming they have denied the project.


• I have selected a Service Provider but I want to use choose a different one instead
You can select a different Service Provider simply by just selecting a different Service Provider that have placed a bid in your project. Keep in mind that once you select a Service Provider and that Service Provider accepts the project, the project is close and you would not be able to select another Service Provider.




Service Providers

• What is a Service Provider?
Service Provider is an individual, business, company that is able to provide a service to those that are seeking or need help with a job or project.

• Do Service Providers pay fees?
At this stage Service Providers do not pay any fees unless to choose to become premium members.

• How do I know or find out if a Service Buyer is legitimate?
You will be able to send private messages through the website to a Service Buyer once you have place a bid in their project. Make sure you ask questions and what exactly is the Buyer looking for. Please note our Terms of service prohibits the exchange of contact details (for example, phone numbers, addresses, e-mails,etc). Contact details will be provided to you via e-mail once a Service Buyer have selected you for a project.

You can also review Service Buyers feedback rating if they have one. You can read the reviews other Providers have left. Please note that Hireservices.com.au does not check details, nor does background checks on Service Buyers.

• I placed a bid on a project but I need to cancel it
You login to the website then go to 'Myaccount.' then to your left, click on the 'provider activity' link. Select the project you bidded on to your right and click on the link 'retract' to cancel your bid.


Payments

•How do I deposit funds in account?
Login to the website then click on the 'My account' tab. Then you will click on 'payment transactions'. To your right, click on the link, 'deposit money' and follow the steps. PayPal is the deposit option that we use. Deposits to your Hireservices.com.au are instant except when using e-cheques (PayPal)

•How do I withdraw funds out of my account?
Login to the website then click on the 'My account' tab. Then you will click on 'payment transactions'. To your right, click on the link, 'Withdraw Money' and follow the steps. You need to have a PayPal account so we can deposit the funds to your PayPal account. Keep in mind that withdrawals requests will go to pending status and will be completed within two(2) business days. You will receive an e-mail once the funds have been deposited.

•Do you keep bank accounts or credit card details in your system?
The answer is no. We use a third party merchant (PayPal) to process payments. PayPal is a secure site and your details are encrypted.


Escrow


•What is escrow?
Is a payment option that help projects get completed smoothly. Service Buyers can set aside a specific amount of funds into an escrow account on Hireservices.com.au, for a specific Service Provider. Both Service Providers and Buyers can then view the payment in the escrow account, but only the Service Buyer can complete the payment from the escrow account to the Service Provider. The Service Provider is the only person (other than a Hireservices.com.au staff member) who can cancel this escrow payment. This gives each party half of the control over the funds in the escrow account. If the project gets completed, the Buyer can transfer the funds from the escrow account to the Service Provider.


Rating and Feedback

•How do I rate a Service Provider or Service Buyer?
Login to the website then click on the 'My account' tab. Depending if you are a Service Provider or Service Buyer, click on the Service Provider activity or Service Buyer activity link to rate and leave a feedback regarding a project.


This rating system has been created so Service Buyers and Providers can post comments related to a project that as been completed. Please not that Hireservices.com.au reserves the right to cancel or edit any rating and feedback that breaches our terms and conditions.
