Description: Needed: Chef for 2 days, 9th and 10th March and 2 other kitchen staff for 10th March. We have the menu, we have the vision, we need someone with skills to turn it into reality. Our dream of an 8 course degustation menu is on offer to celebrate our wedding. Our wedding is taking place in Wollongong. We have recipes and photos of how we want the plates to look. We know it is a big challenge, but we also know that there is someone out there who can do this. Please contact asap to arrange a meeting.
